For good print quality, the minimum size of the file to print is 5 megapixels (to be provided on CD or hard copy to scan). To realize the model, the attachment to this message should be weighing less than 5 MB
To ensure the quality of printing, any image that does not meet this criterion of size or of poor quality can not be processed.
Any products made to measure will not be returned nor exchanged.
